Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic room, very comfortable bed, loved the hotel decor and staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a highlight.
Disliked: I thought the other food offered in the hotel was very limiting. No lunch available and I found the dinner menu a bit random. Also the lack of a proper bar to relax and have a drink.

excellent hotel - would stay...

Liked: Rooms were excellent - very clean and modern. Location was within walking distance of bus and trolley. If wanted you could walk to local tourist attractions. The bar was very nice for late night drink before bed. Staff were very friendly and willing to help with wayfinding and ensure all needs were met.

Wonderful hotel with helpful, friendly...

Liked: We actually had three beds in our room. This was the only hotel that offered us three beds. Typically we got one queen and one twin.
Disliked: No downsides
