Comfy bed in quiet hotel...

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Comfy bed and good bathroom. Great to have kettle in my room
Disliked: You get these alarmist messages while travelling urging you to hurry and check in online. Then you show up at the property and the receptionist is left with not very much to do. Why can’t they check you in there as they do in a normal hotel? I also received a phonecall to my room from a female staff member telling me that I must have pulled an emergency cord in my bathroom as there was a bleeping in the reception. She was quite brusque about it. I said there was definitely no emergency cord in my bathroom as I was not in a disabled room with that facility but she wouldn’t back down. It was discovered later that she got the wrong room but never bothered to call back to apologise. The room has a heavily perfumed smell from whatever fragrance they use. It’s so strong it gave me a headache.

Lovely hotel with a great...

Liked: We loved everything! The staff were so nice. They gave us ideas of what to do and where to go! The property was clean, quiet and close to everything. Loved our stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Was clean and tidy, staff was generous and informative. Big Thanks to staff!! Especially after check out they stored our luggage with them for 2 days…
Disliked: Rooms could have more space, and restaurant menu was very limited.
