Liked: Bed was comfortable, bathroom and sheets, towels were clean. Good value for money, my room was at the back and very quiet. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished and my room was a bit tatty, TV remote could have done with a clean and previous occupants had killed some insects which were still stuck to ceiling and wall and had not been removed. The bathroom was brand new.

Liked: I liked the location. 10- 15 min walk to the underground station.The food was good. There were a few options to choose from. Not too much, but it was enough for me. The desserts changed day to day. That's also a plus. Most of the staff were nice. The room was simple, but we had what we needed.
Disliked: It was quite hot in the room, we couldn't really open the windows because of the scaffolding. Same with the bathroom. The walls are quite thin. We knew that we would hear the traffic, but didn't expect to also hear the next rooms.

Liked: It was a useful location, walking distance to the station and a very large shopping centre. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The location was very noisy with traffic, people and sirens .
