Very good

Liked: The staff were very helpful, particularly Syed, who always went out of his way to make you feel welcome and help you.

Liked: It was a perfect stay for us. The hotel room was nice. Enough room, with a garden view, working air conditioning, clean bathroom and bed. Little fridge. Perfect for a few days stay.
Disliked: The bed was a little bit squeaky, but it wasn't too much of a bother.

Liked: Local shops are open quite late and handy for snacks and drinks to about 11pm.
Disliked: There isn't any restaurant or bar service, these are shown as being available on the booking sites. The Garden view room is not very large, and incredibly hot, a good job the air conditioning was working.Our room was not serviced during a 2 night stay. For a hotel this is most unusual.The public areas are beginning to look scruffy, nothing a lick of paint wouldn't sort out. It shows a lack of attention to detail by the management. We would have been better booking the Premier Inn at Ealing Broadway for a larger room and a decent breakfast.

Good location for Wembley

Liked: The location was spot on. The room was comfortable and had all essentials. The shower is very powerful which i like.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work properly and the tv was just radio stations, there were no tv channels to watch.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, good...

Liked: Beds were very comfy. Room and bathroom was nice and clean. Amenities were good, lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a shower cap and soap. TV was nice and big, good picture and great view from the beds. Not too noisy outside even though its on a main road. Staff were very friendly and hotel was nice and modern. Air con was lovely. Bus stop right outside and tube station round the corner.
Disliked: WiFi was a bit weak, kept losing connection but didn't need it too much so OK. Only one toilet roll given, but we were only there for one night, so again, not too much of a problem. A bit pricey for one night, but it was near to where we wanted to be.

Liked: Very good location, 2 minute walk to the tube station.Hotel very well presented and clean. Front desk staff (Syed) very helpful and polite.Twin room nice and spacious for London, coffee and tea facilities and fridge were great. Very comfy bed, bathroom clean and great shower and bath. Great shops locally and area felt safe.Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Everything was really good.
