great hotel to explore a...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great position. Staff were lovely. We enjoyed the Happy hour between 5-7 which was included in our stay.Room was larger than you expect in New York & had good amenities.We were delighted to find we had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise.we had a great stay and would return

Decent visit but was expecting...

Liked: The room was nice, adequate room, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator is very noisy. They were working on the fire alarms, and the jackhammers were going outside until about 4 in the morning.

Liked: Very close to the attractions places

Liked: not much. The majority of the staff we interacted with was easy to communicate with.
Disliked: This hotel is nowhere near a 4.5 star hotel. It was dirty and did not meet 4.5 star standards. It was closer to a 2.5 star hotel.

Great stay not too far...

Liked: Great staff room was big. Family of four for 5 days we needed our space.

Liked: The size of room is bigger than others; the staffs are very nice and helpful! There is a lady - Michael, thank you for your immensely help when I don’t feel well and you help me to open my room window to get fresh air…

Exceptionally well and worth coming...

Liked: I stayed here over the weekend with my 3 sisters. The room was spacious and overly comfortable; to the point that I didn't want to leave. We paid extra for late check out. I cannot remember the woman's name, but she treated me and my sisters sooo well. Our flight landed very early and though the room wasn't ready by the time we got to the hotel; the front desk clerk allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we grabbed a bite to eat. She texted us around 12PM to let us know that our room was ready. We had a welcome bottle of wine and fruit tray waiting for us as we entered the room. The lady at the front desk really made my trip and stay to NYC worth coming back. Thank you so much!

Liked: The welcome was amazing, the staff, the rooms everything was just perfect. Me and my dad stayes there for 1 week last december and I just cant say anything negative about the place, highly recommended if you go to NYC. Note for those who love whine, there is a bar inside the hotel at the main floor, with happy hour, perfect after a lonf day in the big apple!
