Liked: The Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are incredibly large and comfortable. The staff from check in to bar and restaurant was exceptional
Disliked: The only potential drawback is the location it was 25 minutes to the historic downtown. On the plus side there are restaurants and a shopping mall within 2 minutes.And there are two bus stops 4 minutes to 6minutes away and the hotel gives You free mass transit passes.

Would not recommend, overall expensive...

Liked: Bar staff and drinks.
Disliked: We had a problem with our reservation. Reception staff could not help us or give us any assistance. Extra taxes for parking bike, extra taxes for wellness. Complication by check in also due to the staff not being aware of taxes that are already included in the booking.

Liked: It was clean and looked professional, massage was very good
Disliked: Staff felt like they were working in fearful conditions, upon meeting the manager it was clear she’s ruling with an iron fist. Instead of apologizing for a mistake on their part, we got accused of leaving without paying and threatened to have the police called on us.

Superb

Liked: Lovely clean room, great view of river and quiet location. Wonderful breakfast selection.
Disliked: Price of breakfast, however eating anywhere in Germany seems expensive. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Liked: The room was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!
Disliked: It was disappointing that such a large and luxurious hotel did not have private parking.Furthermore, walls were thin and the first night I could hear everything happening in the room next door. I was lucky to have earplugs with me

Great hotel, nice & clean...

Liked: The view, the spa facilities, size of the room, sustainability (small gift vs skipping the cleaning for 1 day). A little bit far from the city center, but nice walk beside the river then the lake.
Disliked: The early check-in was not possible.
