Liked: Clean rooms and very good location.

Liked: Location is great, very close to public transport. Breakfast room is quite spacious, so it's really easy to find a table. Food and drinks are good. Room is very clean, wifi is working. I didn't see any AC, so I'm not sure how is it when it's hot outside.
Disliked: My room was looking onto the street, so it was a bit noisy.

Liked: Came here for Rauw Alejandro’s concert and they were playing his songs in the lobby, I really liked that! :) The staff was really nice, the room was clean.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Other than that all good.

Good location and breakfast, small...

Liked: The hotel was well situated and was easy to get to from the main train station, on the M10 tram line. It was easy to travel around the city from the hotel. The room was small but it had enough outlets for all of us. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of things to eat. The staff were helpful, especially when one group wanted to switch rooms. The staff worked with them to make the change.
Disliked: I thought I had only booked hotels with A/C, but I made a mistake and the room did not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep. We needed to keep the windows open to cool the room down but that caused the considerable noise from the street below to keep us awake all night. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel which meant that we often waited for the elevator to arrive. The room was so small that we were only able to lay one suitcase out at a time to open it up, even though we had three people and three suitcases in the room.
