Disliked: Labeled as having A/C, a huge reason I selected this hotel, but actually only a plug-in fan in the room. Wifi is also very bad.

Friendly stay in the heart...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was abundant. The location is great, easy to get around but not too busy. Many restaurants nearby. Also a big supermarket across the street.
Disliked: The comfort room was on the first floor with a view to a nearby playground through big windows and glass doors: felt like there was no privacy. Luckily it was possible to change to another room on the third floor, which was smaller but much nicer in that sense. I would not recommend booking the comfort room.

Liked: Location was perfect!
Disliked: Curtains were too short and we had the light in our face all the time, breakfast was okay but not great
