Good but I had to...

Liked: Very clean room and restroom
Disliked: The parking lot is in the back of the hotel and there is a big problem. It looks like it is a drug selling point. I saw during the night and afternoon some people selling and using drugs inside the parking lot. And I am talking about heavy drugs, people who looks like living on the streets. Nothing happened to me but it was very discomfort and kind of scary to arrive after sundown.

Liked: Staff was helpful, specifically the security guard. Room was so so.
Disliked: Room was below average. We heard gunshots from our room. We were afraid to walk around after 5pm. Old building!

Clean, affordable stay in Brooklyn

Liked: The Hotel is a good little budget hotel for the money paid. We had a first-floor room which was clean and comfortable. The reception and guard at the entrance was friendly and efficient. The location was good, only a block from the NYC metro. Brooklyn has lots of attractions and we had a lot of fun.
Disliked: As it is a budget hotel, you get what you paid for. While the hotel was fine, some of the guests were load and a bit irritating. As we lived right by the elevator and stairs, people passed our room all the time, but we were never bugged at all.

Disliked: The fact there is a lot of hocker around the hotel can not sleep.

Liked: Its not luxurious, but basic and standard b&b.
Disliked: It was clean

it was a very nice...

Liked: the rooms were very clean and new. it didnt feel run down it felt very modern. also a good distance from trains.
Disliked: the rooms are certainly not sound proof. i was on the first floor and i could hear every single thing from outside the room. i heard two arguments happening in the lobby that echoed through the hallways to our room. the area of the hotel also made my partner a bit tense.
