Friendly staff, convinient on pocket,...

Liked: It’s near to the subway from where you can explore the NYC easily and cheap. No need for a car rental and taxi.
Disliked: I will figure it out on the next visit

Annoying noise, unpleasant smell

Liked: Location: close to a subway station.
Disliked: Smell: The room was non-smoking, which is great. However, it had an unpleasant smell of cigar smoke.Noise: The elevator bell is extremely and unnecessarily noisy: I woke up every time someone arrived on my floor, and my room was not even close to the elevator.
