Hotel in a nice area...

Liked: The property is close to central places you want to visit with loads of restaurants around it. It is very accessible
Disliked: The staff and the overall client treatment is extremely poor. In general they lack a lot of customer service and will always respond with a no to most of your questions. When I came to the hotel with all my suitcases, I was asked to carry them all myself to the room with no help whatsoever having over 4 suitcases whilst a French couple who came after me got special treatment of the luggage carry stand. Things got worse when everytime I would ask for something maybe it be the suitcase weight tool or even simple things, it was always a hassle and almost a fight to try and get them to understand and actually end up getting what I needed. Most of the staff have an attitude issue and really need to understand customer excellence. The manager however was very nice and although the staff one day didn’t want to give me an umbrella, he went to his office to get one to give me. Overall, as much as the hotel is in a nice area, I would not stay there ever again.

Liked: A wonderful stay!Very clean and well-equipped room with everything I needed — hairdryer, kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, and even a free minibar. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices every morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the room upgrade — it was a lovely surprise! I truly enjoyed my stay and I think I’ll be back. More to come…

Lovely Hotel

Liked: I had a twin bedroom and for a hotel in Paris, the room was spacious enough and very clean, and the mini refrigerator was restocked daily. My first time in Paris and they did not disappoint. My friends who took the trip with me stayed in the 1st Arrondissement and their room was so much smaller.
Disliked: The tub was a bit high to get into and the breakfast was ok but honestly, I would stay there again.

It was perfectly fine but...

Liked: Energetic feel, mostly kind staff
Disliked: I was admonished my a staff member-an older man-at midnight when I had gone down to the “free” drinks and snacks area to refill my water bottle. He told me there would not be enough water for the other guests. But they replenish the water all day and all night long so they store tons of water in the kitchen area. He was incredibly unkind and downright rude.
