Good location, good staff. Would...

Liked: Location is great, close to a lot. The rooms are renovated -- although no a.c.. Which in general, for SF, is fine. But important to note.
Disliked: Wi-fi is weak. There was a constant noise (I don't believe from within the hotel). But basically, in room 501, I'd here what seems to be someone dragging a chair. That is the best description I could give. I had to put on white noise to not have it affect my sleep.

Liked: Great location, near Chinatown. Great hotel.
Disliked: The older lady at the reception.This is the second time we've choose the H32One (we really like it) and the receptionist is the only - of this hotel. Not very friendly or polite.

Liked: This is our hotel anytime we come to the city, we won't stay anywhere else, the location is amazing, great food and fun all within walking distance, along with great staff, clean rooms and very comfortable beds!
Disliked: Nothing, it's a 10 for us

Liked: The location of this property was fabulous for the price I paid, everything during my stay far exceeded my expectations, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.
Disliked: I wish there were a secure place to park the car. We parked a few blocks away in a public garage, but I would've preferred a pass to a closer garage, either included in the stay or available to purchase for an additional price

Cozy stay in downtown San...

Liked: The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was really comfortable. I loved the high ceilings and the wooden floor. The fact that the heating is a radiator instead of hot air ventilation was a plus! The staff was really kind and helped me with an early check in to facilitate my travel schedule. The location is great, next to both China Town and Union Square.
Disliked: The wifi signal was poor in my room.
