Liked: The location was great, staff was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was in a great location with view of the cathedral
Disliked: Some things did not work. Only one of the three sockets in my room gave electricity, the door system did not work so I got a physical key, I was woken one morning by some alarm going off every one/two minutes

Liked: The hotel is nicely located in the very city center, small but cosy.
Disliked: The reception only works from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. but you can enter with electronic keys. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide clear video instructions on how to do it, so if you are not familiar with this method, you will face the problem of getting in.I booked the hotel several months in advance and asked for a quiet room but there was a noisy restaurant right below my room that was really disappointing. The hotel reported they were fully booked, so they couldn't accommodate my request to change the room.
