Unhappy and not wort the...

Liked: I don’t like anything about this property, i just wanted a place to stop for a night with my two kids and a dog to get some rest and continue our travel to Oregon.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned, pool was disgusting, they put us under the lobby and the noise of people coming in an out was worst than being next to the highway

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: The price was good for Boise. The location near the airport was good and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: It is located right next to the freeway and there is a ton of traffic noise. It was interesting how many staff were wondering around at 1:30 am.

Comfortable and pleasant.

Liked: The rooms were huge, comfortable, and very clean. We were in an ADA room and it was perfect for our needs, including a shower chair for ease of bathing.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but I am allergic to berries and would have loved a non-berry yogurt option.

Stay was great ! But...

Liked: Clean friendly staff and awsome room
Disliked: When I booked the room through booking.com the first transaction didn’t go through then I did it again witch created a DOUBLE booking for the same room witch was NEVER corrected by either booking for by the hotel, we stayed in one room but have not gotten the double booking resolved it was a total of 488 dollars per room and we only stayed in one room ! I have attempted to contact booking and the hotel was told that the manger was to make the decision if we get a refund for the double booking and we have NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AS OF JUNE 30th !!!
