Book with caution!!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The repeated attempts to cancel my reservation over a month in advance and the lies that the management would follow up with us. After four attempts to contact them both through myself and booking.com they refuse to reply.

We were left to fend...

Liked: The booking was dishonest and only had one bed so we couldn’t stay there.
Disliked: The front desk rejected us because they couldn’t honor the booking

I pulled back the sheet...

Disliked: I pulled the sheet back on one of the beds and there was a dry stain of urine. We left and went to another hotel. The manager did offer to move us to another room.

Great stay, would definitely recommend!

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful after we had a horrible experience elsewhere. They checked in on us throughout our weekend.
Disliked: Sadly the firepit was out of order due to a broken igniter. It was in the mail though!

PERFECT ROOM,AWSOME STAFF, DEF WILL...

Liked: Beautiful Clean Had a bad experience at our original booking and called spoke with a lil red head named Debbie at front desk on the 23rd looking for a new room and she hooked us up ! The staff was amazing and the food was good!
Disliked: NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT HERE !!

Liked: It was clean and the staff was super nice.
Disliked: We could hear traffic all night. Pool was closed and hot tub was broken. Main reasons why we stayed and if we would have known we would have cancelled it

The friendliest staff you will...

Liked: The most friendliest and helpful staff I probably almost ever had. Very welcoming environment. Breakfast was different. All three days. The beds were comfortable. The fridge had a freezer that actually worked as a freezer.
Disliked: Right next to the freeway and truckstop. My comforter had old stains would appear to be pee. Asked for extra pillows I never got them. The toilet seat was crooked and the bathtub squeak. The outside door scanner for the card didn’t work one day.
