Liked: The big and open space. The room was vast. The small outdoor place with chairs and a table was a nice touch. The bed was cozy.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable, very flat and thin, so my sleep wasn’t very pleasant. But it’s a personal preference.

Liked: The hotel was great. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. I also really liked how quiet it was, and the location in general was fantastic, very close to the Uber Arena and surrounded by great places to eat and relax. I really can't praise the staff highly enough - they went above and beyond in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible (despite the public transport strike that made it difficult for us to make our bus back home - but here again they really came through in ensuring we'd be able to make the connection on time), and made us feel really well taken care of.
