Very nice, clean hotel with...

Liked: Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet. Access to free cofee, hot chocolate and teas were a very nice and unexpected. Staff were super nice and helpful - special mention to Elton for nice help with all of our questions!
Disliked: There was no desk in the room which made it hard to work but this was a very minor point.

Liked: Good location, room was clean and very comfortable and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. Everything about it was positive

Exceptional

Liked: A two star hotel which felt more like a three star. Staff was extremely nice and friendly and supported every request. The location was good and the area was quiet. Room, although for a single bed, was specious and included all needed amenities. Smell of cleanliness was everywhere.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault but the other guests were very noisy during the night.

Liked: Great Location on transport links. Short distance into the city .The rooms are very clean and comfortable.The staff were friendly and polite.
Disliked: No Tea or coffee facilities in the room but they are available in the hallway / communal area
