Very good

Liked: The breakfast was very good with a variety of fruit, cold cheeses and meats and hot food. We utilised the rooftop restaurant and bar which had great food and atmosphere as well as amazing views. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The entry foyer and lounge area was very impressive and they had a bar there as well.
Disliked: The room was a bit dark and bathroom amenities a bit lacking.

Liked: The property was beyond our expectations. Staff were very helpful when we needed to swap our room as it had a staircase to the lounge room which was not acceptable for us. They immediately upgraded us with a level room and balcony, and made the transfer completely doable with staff collecting our belongings and escorted us after we had come back from our dinner booking.Totally recommend the experience of staying here with the grand reception area filled with Chesterfield lounges. 10 out of 10 and perfect location. Also love the roof terrace bar, dining and pool. Such a relaxing area with multiple choices of seating and sun protection comfortable lounging areas.
Disliked: The ambience, staff, comfort, cleanliness and amenities. Quality inclusions could not fault it!!!

Liked: The hotel was beyond our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean and breakfast was just fine. The staff was wonderful and always there if needed. We dearly enjoyed the terrace. We will be back
