One of the best hotels...

Liked: Customer service was outstanding. Ben is incredible and helped us celebrate a birthday during our stay. The location is centrally located to all sites. The room was spacious and clean. We had a small balcony on the second floor. The rooftop pool is unique and beautiful. The incredible smell in the lobby is one that we will remember forever.
Disliked: Construction street outside created noise in the morning.

Liked: De Front Office crew was Amazing, just so sweet and caring.So attentive to surprise me with sweets&cava on my birthday!
Disliked: We had a balcony on which we found cigarette buds daily. Nothing was being done about that unfortunately.

Liked: location was very convenient, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast was excellent
Disliked: the ceiling in our bathroom leaked, and while the staff responded well regarding compensation, they did not actually resolve the leak
