Liked: Great value. Great location just off Michigan Avenue and Miracle Mile shopping. Rooms geared nicely for biz traveler with free wifi, generous and well placed outlets for phone and computer charging; well appointed. Lobby bar a nice plus.
Disliked: Very little. Bathroom - a bit small.

Liked: The hotel and location was great! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate drinks were available as you wish. Raymond at the reception was very friendly. Also the kind guy during the night was helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like that I paid $44 more than my reservation. booking.com should be more transparent on costs. The woman at the reception was not helpful.

Disliked: -Staff rude-Price overrated. Be careful of the hidden fees when you book through booking.com, I ended up to pay almost the double of the price display. -The hotel told me they have communication problem with Booking.com regarding the price, so be careful.

Liked: The place was very quiet and we can barely hear from outside. At the lounge, it has free coffee and gym which was clean and confortable to use.
Disliked: The parking is available only for valet parking and it seems a little expensive, but the service was good.

Disliked: The hotel provides a cost of booking on websites that is comparable to other hotels. The final price is practically 100% higher. Additionally, after booking, they add additional, very high costs without the customer's knowledge or consent. The service does not respond to complaints. They also intentionally keep the refundable deposit longer. Not immediately after checking in and leaving the hotel. Avoid if you don't want to overpay. I definitely don't recommend it!
