Liked: Proximity to all that’s best in Plymouth
Disliked: Weekday breakfast closed a little early (10am). Perhaps extend to 11am?

Property was not as inviting...

Disliked: bathrooms need upgrades.

Wonderful location and property!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful! Spacious room, great pool area, and easily walkable to local attractions/dining/shopping. Free parking also included. Shout out to Dan, who managed the front desk. He was wonderful!
Disliked: Nothing...the only thing that could have made it better was a breakfast option during the weekdays, but I knew when I booked that I would need to make alternate plans for breakfast. So 10 out of 10!

Disliked: There was limited use of the pool due to children's birthdays parties and kids in the spa.

Liked: Clean room. Though bathtub floor was worn. Proximity to son's home.
Disliked: When I requested early online,I found there would be a $40 charge. Perhaps I am behind the times and this is becoming common hotel practice, but as a longtime frequent traveler, I have NEVER encountered this before. It left a very bad impression. Especially when this large hotel was virtually deserted that night.
