Very good stay with excellent...

Very good

Liked: Clean room. Though bathtub floor was worn. Proximity to son's home.
Disliked: When I requested early online,I found there would be a $40 charge. Perhaps I am behind the times and this is becoming common hotel practice, but as a longtime frequent traveler, I have NEVER encountered this before. It left a very bad impression. Especially when this large hotel was virtually deserted that night.

Good enough hotel if you...

Liked: Front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. I should note that a staff member whose name was Elie (I think!) did a great job trying to manage some very unruly guests, she is to be commended for dealing well with a stressful situation.
Disliked: In room air conditioner was a bit noisy.
