Convenient, friendly stay.

Liked: Rahul was excellent to me on the reception, felt settled and everything I needed was taken care of swiftly and thoroughly. Will definitely save this stay for future bookings!
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect.

Superb

Liked: + location, close to a metro station giving easy access to manhattan / commodities around+ new building, clean+ beds really confortable+ price, not that bad for the city
Disliked: + Residents were sometimes talking/laughting loud and late at night (a door allowing to merge 2 rooms was present in our room and the noise was going through easily.+ Residents were leeting dogs alone in the rooms, which were barking constantlyBoth issues were not much on the hotel but on the residents, and the hotel staff accomodated us with a room switching.+ Metro train passing by very close to the hotel and making noiseOverall was a pretty good stay, but you must know the hotel is not a haven of silence

Very good

Liked: I liked the space and environment. I loved the fact they have a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was really lovely.
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't have complimentary breakfast. I didn't like that there was a staff walking around in a tank top and bed slippers.

Staff was very nice. Really...

Liked: Beds were super comfortable. Very clean. Nice showers. Close to subway.
Disliked: Kind of loud. Wish there were more resteraunts in the the area. Wish there were coffee makers in room.
