pleasant hotel in a prime...

Liked: room was fine - well appointed and clean however the bathroom shower was poorly designed and the shower curtain useless.Staff were ok but limited in their ability to assist or advice.
Disliked: better service

Basic, clean, bed was good.

Liked: Great central location, car parking in underground garage ($30 per day), basic, bang for buck, clean accommodation.
Disliked: Room had no hairdryer - which is slightly annoying when staying in a cold place and needing to wash your hair... also no microwave - no actual kitchen at all - just tea/coffee making facililties. TV didn't have SKY either.

Great location, very comfortable, restaurants...

Liked: Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, kettle and French press coffee maker provided. Great location in city centre. Historic tram passes outside hotel main door, with many restaurants nearby.

Cute hotel but ordinary staff

Liked: Cute hotel but a little noisy as renovations were being made. Had reserved 2 rooms but were not on same floor. Reception staff was ok but didn’t go out of his way to answer our questions.
