Liked: Friendly checking, decent restaurant on site, free airport shuttle, rooms clean and nice.
Disliked: Needed more coffee pods since we had 3 people. This is a very minor complaint.

Front desk staff were exceptional...

Liked: Customer service was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The steam shower was so nice and loved having a robe.
Disliked: The smell of the shampoos and soap was off to me and I ended up having to buying some travel items because I really disliked it. Breakfast was expensive as well which was disappointing but expected I guess since isn’t many other options..

Liked: The king size bed was very comfy and the shower oh my goodness it was awesome. The pressure was great and the steam shower was soothing!
Disliked: While we were sitting in the restaurant, there was a family that were absolutely rude and ignorant to the only waiter that was working. The family got very rude and ignorant towards him and they walked out without paying. My husband and I apologized to him for them. He was a really nice guy doing the best he could with just him working a whole restaurant on his own. He needs a raise because he was calm, cool and collective during a morning rush of hungry people
