Liked: It’s not close to downtown but not too far
Disliked: We bought a cake for Mother’s Day and request for some plates and forks and they said they are not allowed to give us any so we have to order something in order to get some plates

Liked: Amazing facilities, clean, good service
Disliked: There was no option for breakfast a la carte and paying 650 pesos for the brunch when we weren’t so hungry was excessive since we didn’t have that much food.

This hotel is the best...

Liked: The hotel was fabulous, especially the gardens and secluded pool areas. The room was quite large, with a lovely patio.
Disliked: The hotel was the best thing about Cuernavaca. I hadn't realized the city had gotten so dangerous, and spent most of my time at the lovely hotel instead of exploring.

Liked: The place is beautiful, staff are great. The temperature in the pool, the food is excellent, amazing garden. Everything was perfect.

A little off the beaten...

Liked: Stunning grounds we were only here for a quick overnight but enjoyed the pool and gardens so much. It's a bit off the beaten path but in a good way lots of nice local food options right on the same street. It was perfect for what we needed
Disliked: No major complaints

Disliked: Needs maintenance - too many rooms now - it has lost its exclusivity - more mainstream now thus expensve.
