Liked: The view of the castle from my balcon was dreamfull and totally compensate the 97 steps i got to do reaching my room on 4floor (shalomshalosh ;b)..ace of heartz .ladytron tiesto remix
Disliked: the fridge congelated my milk...haha,no really there is also a shop open 24/7 next door from hostel.

We had a great weekend...

Liked: Location is unbelievable. Staff very friendly and were very helpful with messaging before and during the trip. Beds were comfy and showers were good.

Location great, room poor

Liked: Only the location. This hostel is in the heart of city center, 5 min. walk to Wawel castle and Kazimierz district. There where lots of cafes, restaurants and fast food around this hostel.
Disliked: Room was very poor, bads where too low and super uncomfortable, the quality of linen was very poor, pillows where just disgusting, blanket was very thin.There was a terrible smell of dampness in the building, and an unpleasant odor in the room. In the previous days, there were superb apartments in the city center for this price, but we had to spend one night unexpectedly, and this room was definitely not worth the price.

Disappointing

Disliked: Dirty, no warming in case of necessiti, bed uncomfortable.

The facilities were too bad.

Liked: It was near by the centre and close to all the historical points.
Disliked: We had acces to the kitchen only from 9am to 8 pm. It is not acceptable, we were not able to make any food, tea or to spend time together as a group.1 bathroom for 3 rooms with about 10 people is not enough.

Liked: The location is super, few minutes walking to the Jewish quarter and city center. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hostel.
Disliked: Although the room was pretty clean, the bed was a serious problem. The mattress was quite inexistent, it was like 5cm and you could feel the wooden slats underneath. Also the sheets were dirty, with hair and stains. We asked for a new sheet to cover the mattress and they gave us another one, but still dirty and with holes. To be honest, we decided to wash all the sheets at a public laundry and we put the towels they gave us to cover the mattress itself. By doing that, we were more comfortable in terms of hygiene. Finally, the reception was closed for the most time of our stay. Maybe because of the holidays(?)Be aware that there is no elevator and a lot of stairs, in particular to get to the fourth floor.
