Very good

Disliked: there is no card in control panel slot in my room where I stayed, so I have to put in my access card every time I wanna use the bathroom so I could turn the lights on.

Superb location, utmost hygiene, helpful...

Liked: Location is superb. Just cross the street and you are in the CBD area. Very clean, with daily room keeping at 10.00am. Clean towels and bedsheets. Bed is clean and comfortable. We booked for a 2 beds room with private bathroom but was upgraded to 4 beds, very spacious. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful too. I enjoyed my stay here. Keep it up!

Wonderful! It's worth the price.

Liked: I like the friendly 24/7 receptionist, the small cafe & bar inside, the clean-smelling room & bathroom (really spotless), the prompt room cleaning service (as requested), and the big fin oil heater provided aside from the heating aircon.
Disliked: Neighbors are somewhat noisy whenever they open/close their doors during our stay. It echoes along the hallway and into our room. Also, I can hear someone "tapping" the wall from next room every night.

Dishonest venue

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Dishonest business. I tried to change my booking around and push it a day out as I made a mistake when I booked. Despite there being rooms available, hostel G didn’t let me swap rooms or offer me a refund so I can rebook. Blamed it on Booking.com policy, even though I talked to Booking over the phone and they said it was within Hostel G’s gift to be able to manage the booking. Not great - was a returning customer but don’t appreciate being told lies.
