Definetly would recommend

Liked: Had a great night here. The bed was decently comfortable and the room had AC. At night it was super quiet (my window was oriented to the courtyard). It has a kitchen on every floor which was quite handy and they offer a free beer for each gest. I would definetly come back here!
Disliked: I would say the location isn't the best but at least is next to the main bus station. Also for the check in process you have to manually fill a form which wasn't ideal but still, it's not a big deal

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: The bathrooms were dirty, the aircon did not work well, there was no kitchen, my locker didn’t lock, there was lots of trouble checking in with the new PIN code system.

Liked: Superb place to stay, Ellie, roderick and riza, absolute assets to the place

Pleasant

Liked: It was clean. People and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The elevator not working. They had it repaired right away but it broke down again a few hours later. I think that I happened to be there on a challenging day.

Good, but toilets need to...

Liked: Good location, close to bus station
Disliked: Toilets were dirty, no toilet paper was there, they didn't clean well either.
