Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The constant messages prior to our stay which apparently were false and were a cyber attack. The hotel was difficult to get in touch with before, not very quick on replying to my messages. Made the whole process very stressful and I wouldn't use this hotel again for that reason.

Disliked: Construction outside was loud - It would have been good to have known this prior to booking the accommodation.

A fabulous stay near centre...

Liked: Lovely clean modern apartment near the centre of Barcelona with very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Our first room was not up to standards, but we were immediately upgraded to a better room Luca the manager was very kind and helpful

Good value for money

Liked: I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had good air conditioning – perfect for the summer heat. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the metro and about 20 minutes to the main streets. A solid choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in the city. Nothing to complain about!
