we really enjoyed madrid partly...

Liked: the room was lovely overlooking the plaza; the staff at the restaurant and of course the front desk were very helpful and fun,
Disliked: I didn't realize there was no swimming pool which would have been great given that madrid was so hot when we were there

Liked: Location was perfect. Room is spotless. Staff were extremely helpful.
Disliked: Small single lift access was a bit challenging but not insurmountable.

Great location and very helpful/friendly...

Liked: Location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Would have liked to have been able to have breakfast outside. The Spa facilities were modest.
