Superb

Liked: Beautiful design hotel, friendly staff, very good for dogs as they have extra amenities and services for visitors with dogs.
Disliked: The palacio was not open - so perhaps a bit of false advertising so far!?

Nice hotel but needs to...

Liked: Good location; comfortable rooms; very friendly staff; valet parking
Disliked: Rooms (standard) are quirkily designed (eg tv does not face bed and useless spaces) and badly finished (eg missing plaster); restaurant looks nice but food is very run of the mill; breakfast choice is very limited and not in keeping with the hotel’s level.
