Liked: The bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was good Evening meal was good
Disliked: The soap/shampoo dispensers in room 156 did not work.After receiving 2 emails from you reminding me to book a table for dinner, I phoned you, as requested - twice but no-one answered the phone , so i had to send you an email and then you sent me another 4 emails. So instead of sending emails GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.The staff in the restaurant were either not trained or trained badly. There were about 12-14 of them, no one seemed to have specific stations to work at, they were either all in one area or not at all. And trying to get their attention was like trying to flag down a taxi on a wet day in London. Very frustrating.

Liked: The actual hotel, food and staff were all lovely. Breakfast was very good and dinner is Harry’s was also excellent
Disliked: The standard rooms need some love. The beds are small doubles and the bathrooms are very tired. Also the ventilation is odd, you could smell perfume coming from other rooms but the bathroom fan didn’t do anything to clear steam.

Liked: The hotel as a whole is lovely the staff are very friendly.
Disliked: The water pressure is low in the showers and noisy wedding parties at 6 am, slamming doors and arranging rooms while shouting down the corridors.

Hotel nice, food a lot...

Liked: Hotel is modern and the bedroom was adequate and bed comfortable We would stay again but would like the comments below explained
Disliked: Restaurant too small for size of hotel. A long wait at the bar which in the totally wrong place. Why have it in the restaurant? Requested the head to be taken off the sea bass but told that the chef will not do that. After a discussion and not being happy, the request was carried out. However, told that he would not do that again due to HSE! WHY??? The salad was terrible with the fish so the meal was not great. Very disappointed.
