Super historic location with great...

Liked: Excellent breakfast from a very good menu served by staff
Disliked: The afternoon staff could have been more attentive to our needs. We were left unattended in the tea salon and eventually had to go and find the staff.

Beautiful location and Fabulous food!

Liked: Beautiful setting and fabulous food! Lunch was amazing value for money! The rooms were very well appointed too.
Disliked: TV could have been a more modern version but that’s so minor as the room was lovely

Liked: The property is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and big. The grounds are lovely and peaceful.
Disliked: The bar area is very small so you can’t really sit at it as there are only 2/3 stalls. There is a lounge but staff do not really serve you in there. Would have been nice if there was some cards to play or other stuff.

Liked: Dinner and breakfast were very good . Room was nice
Disliked: Staff not very welcoming on checking in and no bar service on arrival. Reception area wasn’t welcoming for a four star rating, just a low down table in the corner of the lobby . Porch was covered in cobwebs with dead flies. Tv was old fashioned with subtitles coming up every time you changed stations.
