Disliked: Room view couldn't check in early, rude front desk staff pool was closed had to use The Paris pool

It was as expected except...

Liked: I checked in online, and then when I got to the Kisok it would not let me check in. SO, i had to stand in line for about 45 minutes to get checked in. There were only a couple of people working the desk. Why check in online if it doesn't work?
Disliked: The check-in process with the kiosk that did not work. I will try somewhere else next time. I may try a non Ceaser property next time

It was ok ..

Liked: Location , and the size of the rooms
Disliked: The room was too basic plus we had no toiletries when we stayed there .. no shower gel, shampoo or soap etc
