Disliked: Allergic to sheets and pillow cases. Reported to front desk. Pillows seem old and stiff. Room thought had ceiling fan. Room very hot, A/C didn't work. Had to call front desk to get a fan. Didn't help. It was my birthday weekend. Couldn't wait to get home to get some sleep. It was my first birthday gift that was very disappointed.

Disliked: I was given a room key two seperate times that were occupied. I walked in on a couple that had shower towels around their body and the second room was empty but had bags and personal belonging everywhere. I am an honest person so I immediately left the rooms and went back to the front desk. Major security issue if other people are able to get access to your room at a casino! There’s valuables and cash left in most rooms. I found this very unsettling. The staff was polite but acted like it happens all the time. The manager walked me up to the room the third time to confirm nobody was in there. I was woken up at 7am to metal banging outside of my room on floor 11. I opened the curtains and there was a full crew in scaffolding working on repairs. There was no mention that there was construction going on and the price I booked on booking.com wasn’t correct. They charged me an extra $130 resort fee which was waived after my nightmare check in. I’m very laid back and was calm and polite with the staff but it was a terrible experience. The room had a nice bed but there were crumbs all over the floor. My room key also stopped working after 12 hrs so I had to go back down to the desk which is a .3 mile walk due to the lucky lady check in counter being closed.

Liked: The place was clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The main restaurant/bar wasn’t open for the hours advertised. The registration clerk had no idea about the hours of operation of it either. In my room there was a small water leak when the bathroom sink was turned on and the body wash was empty in the shower.

Disliked: The elevator was broken and the alarms were going off near my room ALL WEEKEND!
