Liked: The facilities are actually very impressive. The room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: During my stay at the hotel, I grabbed takeaway from the bar/restaurant. The burger came out in a couple minutes, before I received my drink. I became viciously ill and had to stay an additional night. I honestly thought I might have to call for an ambulance. The hotel charged me an inflated rate on the second night. Upon leaving, I left my contact details with the hotel asking the manager to give me a call. She never called me. The lack of concern about guest welfare was stunning. This was more than a bad stay at a hotel, it was just a demoralizing personally. If someone gets ill at your establishment and asks for a call back to address their concerns, a good manager calls back.

Liked: Warm reception and lovely service right from check in, at breakfast and in dining/bar areas. Have stayed here many times and will definitely return.
