Really good food, great staff...

Liked: Food was outstanding. Sunday carvery for a vegetarian was as good as it gets. Breakfast was excellent also. Staff and management could not have been more friendly and helpful. Use of an EV charger was a real plus.

Liked: Wonderful setting. Food was good. Staff was very courteous, helpful, and respectful.
Disliked: It appears to be more of a venue hotel for which it is ideally suited.

Liked: Lovely surroundings and unique building
Disliked: Lack of toiletries. No soap on first night. Only one small tube of shampoo. Only a very small amount of shower gel left in bottle.

Disliked: Last day had to wait 3/4 hour for my breakfast, service was bad and put a bit of a damper on an other wise great few days

Liked: Beautiful. Fantastic surroundings and atmosphere so chilled out and just lovely.
Disliked: Sometimes no one around when looking to ask a question or when we wanted to pay the bill had to walk about to find someone maybe a bell or buzzer would have been a good idea

Liked: Excellent location, quiet, a lovely old mill., friendly staff.
Disliked: Okay On my first evening I decided to eat in the restaurant and ordered venison pie, it wasnt fresh and neither was the gravy. A real disappointment. My last evening, a few days later, I thought I'd try the restaurant again. It had been a hot day so I asked for a ceaser salad - not available. The supplier apparently hadn't delivered : pork pie, scotch egg etc. I opted for Tuscan chicken which in fairness was very nice.
