Lucky find over Easter weekend.

Liked: My room was well-equipped and comfortable, and very clean. It looked out onto the front street and had very good light, which is often not the case with single rooms. The shower and toilet were external, which I knew when I booked, but they did seem to be genuinely just for me, and were clean and functioning properly. There was a basin in the room with a nice set of soap dish, toothbrush holder, etc. The WiFi was very good. Guests have use of a fridge and microwave downstairs, though I didn't use either of them myself. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft for my preference, and there was no bedside table, because of lack of space.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Easy access to shops, the sea, cafe's and tram.
Disliked: More sockets in bedroom and needed a bedside lamp.

Last minute Blackpool trip

Liked: Hotel was a great price for 3 nights.It was really central to everything we needed.Lovely hosts, who were very helpful on arrival.
Disliked: We are both tall, so the bed frame made it a little restricted to lie flat out.

Two nights

Liked: Clean.. close to town.. good size bathroom in double.. did see much of owners
Disliked: Small twin room
