Liked: Breakfast wasn't available at the property at all so I can't comment on that. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room which I appreciated. There was a bar area downstairs but it looked like the actual bar had permanently closed and hadn't been used to serve drinks for some time. But not a big deal. You are allowed to eat take away food in the downstairs "bar" area but not in the rooms, which is fair enough I suppose.
Disliked: I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". However this was stretching the definition. The toilet and sink were in the room, however the shower room was along the corridor two rooms down.

Disliked: I did ask for a lower floor ( has I suffer with my knees & hip) but the room was small with a double bed

Liked: Twice I have stayed here and it is the so quiet! Again a really good sleep which is rare in Blackpool
