Pleasant

Liked: We booked a triple room. Yes, it had three single beds but was absolutely tiny. One chair and one stool only. An intricate ballet was required for three people to move around and us old blokes weren't up to it. The ordinary restaurant also required booking so we a couple of hundred yards to a pleasant Italian restaurant instead.

Accommodation let the hotel down.

Liked: Location goodSeafront position.Free parking in the adjacent car park.The reception lady and breakfast team were nice and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was very tired.The door to the bathroom was in a poor state of repair.The shower head was the wrong size for the holder so it couldn't be positioned firmly The shampoo/shower gel holder was empty.Housekeeping staff were non responsive to a good morning greeting.

Ary seemed nice and like...

Liked: Location good for an overnight stay and reasonable with a good breakfast.
Disliked: Small double bed not great for two large people but room choice didn’t offer anything bigger. Evening meal last orders was 7.45pm which is ridiculously early for travellers and no good alternative offered by staff except carry out food. We walked a short distance and found a very nice small bistro with excellent food an took orders to 9.30pm.

Good value for money, no...

Liked: Clean and comfortable, also the staff were excellent especially the Guy in the restaurant at breakfast, so accommodating, please tell him there was 6 of us in the restaurant on Monday morning and he served us, he was BRILLIANT.
Disliked: Very strict 3pm check in, and we were told to change in the toilets on arrival when we arrived at 1pm, thought at least they could of offered us 1 room between 6 of us and we were going to a reunion and had been travelling for 4 hours , also when we rang up about it prior to getting to the hotel the lady was quite rude on the phone !!

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food, very good value.
Disliked: The mattress was lumpy and there were springs sticking up.

Lovely stay

Liked: The room was a good size the bed large and very comfortable with good pillows. The food was very nice but the staff were excellent especially Gordon at breakfast and a lovely girl that was her first day they were great at their job and very happy to greet you
Disliked: The room was a bit warm but we got a fan when we asked for one .

Good Location on the face...

Liked: The location and the down stairs facilities looked very good, the staff where very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK.
Disliked: We experienced one room with no bottom sheet on the bed. A fair bit of street noise people arguing and fighting in the early hours. No on site secure parking facility in summer.
