Decent overnight stay but probably...

Liked: Comfortable beds and linens. Friendly front desk staff. Spacious room. Perfect location!
Disliked: -There was use of extension cords in the room as there were not many outlets.-The sink was outside the bathroom in the main room which was ok but odd.-The door did not close tightly although it seemed to be secured.-Ice machine did not appear to be functioning.-My white socks were black after walking in the room in sock feet. Floors looked clean but were not.-We requested an early arrival at time of booking due to disembarking from a cruise ship with tons of luggage in the morning. We arrived at 10 am on schedule but were charged $56 US for the early arrival which we were not made aware of. Our whole night's stay was $81 US so the extra charge seemed exorbitant.

Exceptional

Liked: The check in went smooth, very friendly staff. The location is great! A 5 minute walk to everything, including the ocean. Comfortable beds, complete kitchenette, excellent pool that is 9 ft deep which is extremely rare for a motel, and a very nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the morning coffee. Very quiet, especially for being right off the A1A and with all the spring breakers. Will be back when we return!
Disliked: The only flaw would be the layout of the room which is kinda cramped, but it isn't a huge deal.

Great will book again!

Liked: I chose this location for its proximity to the beach and for reviews on cleanliness. It met my expectations and was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was a little mold on the bathroom window when you opened it. Easily could have been missed if the window wasn't opened during cleaning but it did not deter me from booking again.

Liked: The staff was professional and friendly and respectful. Amazing beds, amazing location. Valentina at front desk was always so knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Can't think of anything at the moment.
