Hopwood Motel

Acceptable.

Liked: The location, and the price point
Disliked: The DirecTV package did not have the local sports channel, the ventilation window in the bathroom needed replacement hardware, one of the electrical outlets did not make a solid mechanical connection (so that an inserted plug would likely fall out) while all the other electrical outlets were used by everything else.

Okay for one cheap night's...

Liked: The price was right. Bed was comfortable. Table served as an okay desk. Bathroom had a great tub enclosure and plenty of light. Nice toiletries in the bathroom.
Disliked: The room itself was VERY dark--just two small lamps with single low watt bulbs. Not enough outlets. I had to unplug the clock radio to plug in my fan. No closet or hangers--just a hook on the wall. the towels in the bathroom were terribly thin. They didn't seem really old, but just very poor quality.

Pleasant

Pleasant stay that met my...

Liked: Covered porch outside my room door, super clean walkway and parking area and a clear well maintained place for people to put their cigarette butts. I enjoyed a cigar and a drink sitting on this porch type area, it was great. Usually this type of motel is lacking in grounds keeping this one looks like it was managed with pride and hard work.
Disliked: This is an old motel, it is what I expected for what I paid for the room. I am old and very large man so would have preferred a large accessible type elongated toilet.

Good but nothing fancy

Liked: The hotel is really good it's kind of simple looks old worked for our needs
Disliked: There were no negatives just seemed like a kind of an old place but they were making it work it was clean and nice

Convient, comfortable and clean

Liked: Location was good for us, near the Timber Rock Amphitheater
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Great for a night while...

Liked: Clean and friendly owners
Disliked: Mattress was weird

Lovely manager , good value...

Liked: The manager was a lovely man who did he best to make sure my stay was a good one. The room and facilities were good for the price.
Disliked: It was a long way out of Uniontown when you are travelling on a bicycle. 😁

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean. The manager was very pleasant. If I'm in the area again I would stay again.
