AMAZING!

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, spa facilities were stunning and exceeded expectations, staff were lovely and the room was perfect for us.
Disliked: Ugly brown stain on carpet outside door and small stain on curtains.

Lovely stay in a lovely...

Liked: The staff were exceptional in welcoming us as we were in a rush to get to the registry office! We dropped our bags off and noticed there were chocolates in our room and a ?congratulations? plate. Very sweet! The room was beautifully presented, clean with a lovely freestanding bath which was perfect for soaking away the post- wedding hangover! We only stayed one night but I could have happily stayed a week. The location is perfect as it?s far enough from town but not too far to walk in for something to eat and drink, or for sightseeing. In all a perfect night?s stay!

Very good

Liked: The room was quiet and really well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also because you are further out it was nice to find some areas I didn't know in Liverpool.
Disliked: It is a little way out of the centre, a good 15 minute walk to the Albert Dock or Liverpool One. Also although we slept well, the bed is soft and we both woke up with bad backs.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: We stayed in the Lounge suite which has a lounge area and balcony in addition to the sleeping area and bathroom. Very clean, comfortable bed, great shower and bath. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic - ?best meal ever? according to my daughter and her partner!
Disliked: Nothing
