Liked: We had the top floor corner suite, it was simply gorgeous, the view was fantastic, the furniture very elegant and stylish, it was all just amazing
Disliked: Nothing tot to like

Disliked: Terrible service from the front desk to the overworked sos staff who couldn’t meet up wry drinks or towels. Also stayed sat night at it was like a nightclub until 5sm

Liked: Excellent breakfast, great range and choice for me as a vegetarian. Lovely welcoming staff. Gorgeous room.
Disliked: Everything was excellent, nothing could be better.

Our favourite hotel in Liverpool

Liked: Solid reliable quality in both accommodation and food. Nicely decorated and spotless. Set within the old quarter and close to the cathedral which we like
Disliked: Room selection seems a little random, we've had a some lovely rooms and others more ordinary. Sometimes it would be nice to know how we can do more for special stays e.g. arrange flowers in room, rooms with better views etc. I found the gym felt a little off limits; having an access fob rather than being escorted to the room would be better.
