Wonderful and peaceful place

Liked: The restaurant has an excellent menu! And the food is delicious! Excellent chef!
Disliked: Sad not to be able to use the pool unless you pay for the SPA services

Fantastic location, excellent staff, clean....

Disliked: The staff were absolutely wonderful. But on reflection I have come away feeling a little disappointed. Our first night we had very little sleep. A couple above us were arguing for 2 hours. Crashing doors etc. We complained and the staff dealt with it. They were excellent. All of them. But, I suppose I felt a little disappointed that there was no consideration to offer any form of compensation for this inconvenience as our first night was absolutely awful. We went to the spa as we thought that would be nice to relax and I thought it was complimentary. It wasn’t but I personally think that could have been offered to us.

My stay was very comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. The server did practically snap my hand off when I tried to serve myself ( not knowing that I shouldn't) and eggs had to be ordered via a waiter which seemed pointless ( and took more time)
Disliked: The ordering system.
