Liked: Room was large and well equipped. Definitely more like a studio apartment than a hotel room.
Disliked: The indoor water park was pricey for what it offered.

Hope Lake Lodge needs to be more accommodating to their guests ... especially returning guests.

Liked: I liked having the whole place to myself during my stay. Always comfy beds and clean rooms.
Disliked: Early morning front desk staff was extremely rude .... especially after being evacuated from my room the night before due to a fire alarm going off in their boiler room. No sympathy from front desk staff that we had to leave our room at 4am and wait for fire department to arrive and clear the building. In fact the front desk woman had no idea any of this even happened just a few hours before her shift and was very rude when asked if the hotel would give us a deal on another night since we were not allowed a full nights sleep.

Disappointing

It was nice!

Liked: Everyone was helpful and aided when we needed a crib!
Disliked: There was no dining in the hotel but there was the restaurant across the street and they did deliver so it really wasnt bad!

A great place but try to avoid the front desk staff

Liked: I've stayed here many times over the past 15 years. It's always a good place to unwind and enjoy time with family
Disliked: Front desk staff this trip, specifically the ones who work in the morning were very unpersonal and rude.
