Liked: The check in was difficult. I wanted to pay through a credit card. She did not wanna take it and then I asked for a debit card which did not work on her machine and then I had to go get a cash and got the cash for her. For second day, there was no housekeeping at all the bedsheets were stained and dirty. We complained about it and she never cared. She said she will send somebody in an hour and nobody came for it

Great location needs to be...

Liked: They had a little table and chair set, so the kids loved that. The room had concrete walls, so we only heard the top neighbors. Had a corner room, so more privacy. Druggies weren't in the area or kept to themselves (we never noticed). Had a microwave, and the heater worked. Had a dead bolt and a chain. It has a big tub that's angled, so it doesn't hurt your back. No one bugs you. The beds weren't broken, and the bottoms are plywood to the ground, so nothing can get under the bed, and the floor isn't carpet, so it's easy clean ups with the kids. Have keys instead of key cards that don't always work and private entrances; less of a distance for checking in and out for luggage. Big parking lot so trailers can fit in or close by.
Disliked: Their sewer was overflowing right in front of our door (putting soap in it helps the smell?), took 2 business days or longer to get room service or clean towels. The sheets were stained like there was blood. Can't get ahold of anyone if you need someone. We had a broken window that was taped, so it didn't make me feel secure with the kids. The tub hardly drains, I don't know if it's clogged or cause the tub stopper isn't too grand at its job.. but it is super slow and might as well just push it down with your hand. The steps outside the building need to be installed to the ground, shifting and coming off the ground. There's no dumpster. If you stay longer than a day, you'd have an issue with figuring out where to put your waste. If you want to get in, hopefully you're there when they're there. The beds smelt weird, and the pillows and sheets were stained (don't use bleach? Or stain removers?).
