Will be coming back again.
Liked: The room space was huge, and the seafood buffet was outstanding
Disliked: Got a little confused with the arrival process, but once it was explained and we experienced it, check in went well.

I would stay again because...
Liked: The property was ok - in a great spot - the bar had great entertainment
Disliked: The lifts were sometimes not working - never anyone at reception- I was notified by you my check in was 9-10 the owner when I found her disputed that - however they did let me in a little earlier- some products on menus they did not have

Liked: good but the tables had not becleaned from the night before ,, we had to clean them ourselves
Disliked: the bed we old & lumpy , the room had hair in the bathroom , shower door handle didnt exist toilet roll holder was hanging by a screw ,

the facilities is under stuff...
Liked: the location is quiet and near to most of the theme parks. But the road leading to the hotel have to drive through at least 6 roundabout.
Disliked: During booking I saw the room was equip with portable BBQ pit hence I specially booked and request for confirmation which I did not receive. When arrived the first night, was given a run down room with curtain unable to close and not BBQ pit. Request for clarification the next day and was given another room but still no BBQ pit. When I check the room there are light bulb faulty which the staff claim will replace the next day but didn't happen throughout my 1 week stay.As they do not provide cleaning service, you have to ensure you go to the reception area early to exchange for clean towel, else you will have to wait till late afternoon for the second batch. WIFI signal is bad for the room I stayed. I have to use my own data plan most of the time as I could not connect to their wifi.
