Poor, grubby and impersonal

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom. Lumpy bed. Run down furnishings and grounds. Disappointing pack-up breakfast because I had requested gluten free and they ignored this. Long life pastry like dry cardboard. My Brother got satsumas, but we didn't!! No staff available for queries - all done by telephone and key codes.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and it was close to Hereford centre.
Disliked: The whole place looked tired inside and out and in need of renovation. Breakfast was delivered in a bag and left at the door - something I was only made aware of after I booked.

Very good

Liked: Oldie worldy style. Large comfy beds. Spacious living room. Lots of windows for light. Bath to relax and get all jetted.
Disliked: Lack of ventilation - no trickle vents or extractor especially in bathroom so it smelled a bit musty and damp when entering room.

Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable

Liked: It was cosy, beautifully decorated and well placed
Disliked: Nothing, was an amazing trip

Disliked: The dirty environment, possible drug and tobacco residue on bedside table, mould, dangerous electrics, windows that didn’t fit properly, dead flies everywhere…..it was horrendous and we were unable to stay.
