Liked: The hotel is very close to the Hoover Dam and the room is clean
Disliked: No breackfast was available

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The staff at the front desk is so nice and wonderful to see coming and going during our stay. Gift shop staff, not as nice.
Disliked: We did not eat in the hotel. I don't mind getting ice from the front desk, but the coffee is an issue. When we came in last year, coffee vouchers were given, and we were able to get the size coffee. We wanted from the gift store. This year, plenty of coffee vouchers were given, but I wanted a large coffee to be taken with us on our daily adventures. Unfortunately, there was no coffee in the gift shop. Instead, the coffee was at the round bar. I understand coffee was available at their places, but that's not the exit our car was parked. The employees at the round bar only wanted to give enough coffee for a small, even with multiple vouchers. I would have rather I bought coffee, but that was not an option.

Convenience isn’t everything!

Liked: The location and proximity to the lake is what makes it convenient. Registration staff were very helpful and friendly. Fernando was very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure my adult son and daughter were having a good time.
Disliked: We visited this place 9 years ago and when we were on way we hoping to see upgrades, well they have made no grades at all. The pictures on website tell a completely different story. The refrigerator freezes your food, the showers need be remodeled, no cable, no smart tvs so you can’t connect Netflix or anything, and there was 1 security guard (Karen lady) who was totally out of line with my grown up children. I didn’t appreciate the way she conducted herself, so I am glad I raised great children because they could have reported her behavior and actions as they were uncalled for or trolled her back when they seen her the next morning gambling and drinking at the bar but they didn’t.

Disliked: The shower head was busted in room 1155And the toilet handle both ran all night. And the food was out all weekend that we wanted to try in the casino rooms. You should have kept your restaurant.

Liked: The lady on the day of check in (I wish I could remember her name) was very pleasant and accommodating. She made our initial first impression a wonderful one.
Disliked: Not much I can say I didn't like, cause I'm very simplistic. Some might say the facility is outdated, but that's not an issue for me.
