Good choice for Portland

Liked: Very nice, small, non-chain motel on the northern outskirts of Portland, IN. We had an inside room which was very quiet. Good value. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked well, except the wifi. Could not get it going.

Dated but clean facility is...

Liked: Clean. In a good location.
Disliked: The water pressure became nonexistent when you turned on hot water. It made it very difficult to shower unless you took a cold one.

This was a place to...

Liked: The owners were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The area seemed safe with stores, restaurants and gas stations close to the property.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was good!
