We were so pleased with...

Liked: The breakfast hamper was superb with enough food for two days and more. Everything was locally produced which was a special highlight. The cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable. We were able to access tourist attractions easily.
Disliked: Nothing to fault.

Quaint, clean and tidy accommodation

Liked: Quaint cottage with a good fireplace and well set up to dine at home. Good place to stopover if travelling. Bit old fashioned, but very clean. Quiet even though highway not far.
Disliked: Could see MacDonald’s closeby and hear highway. For some reason I thought this was more of a bush retreat with bush walks on the property. Getting Parked in unit 3 was tight with our medium sized SUV. Ask for a cabin with easier parking access if you have a large 4WD. Have to cross highway to go from cabin location back into Stanthorpe.

It was a relaxing break...

Liked: Cosy fireplace worked a treat with the cooler weather.
Disliked: The wi-fi was weak so disappointing. Car parking was very difficult in our spot.

Country stay with country hospitality

Liked: The staff were amazing and so friendly. The cottage was clean and well setup. The breakfast hamper was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Even though it was close to the highway you didn’t notice. Very peaceful place. Truly rested and rejuvenated
Disliked: The wifi and TV reception were not the best, however that’s not the reason you stay there
